Cancel an Order
To cancel your order, you must contact 519-417-2215, immediately. Orders are not considered cancelled until confirmed. We will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request, however, once processed, it may be difficult to do so.
If your order has shipped and you wish to return the item, please refer to our Return Policy.
Family Home Health accepts returns on unused products 30 days from the order date. (some conditions apply). The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging. We do not accept returns after 30 days from date of order.
There are some items that we can not accept as a return: “Bathroom Safety”, Walkers, Canes and Accessories.
Customer must call 519-417-2215 and request an RMA# prior to shipping the item. Any item returned without an RMA# will not be accepted.
Once the product has been returned, inspected, and deemed undamaged, you will receive reimbursement by the same means of which you made your purchase. Refund will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover any shipping/insurance cost for the item to be returned.
